Michelle and Cooper

Michelle and Cooper have known each other for years. Their connection was undeniable and you could feel the love their entire wedding day. Michelle and Cooper saw a vision for their backyard and transformed it into a wedding dream! They spent months making the yard into a garden oasis and something they could enjoy even after the wedding. Almost all the wedding items were rented (tables, tents, glassware, vases, and linens), or purchased from Amazon or Costco. A huge charcuterie table was designed from one of Michelle’s best friends that guests grazed at throughout the entire day, including before the wedding. From start to finish the day was exactly what they envisioned. Every detail had Michelle or Coops touch, which is exactly what you want your wedding to be. Congratulations Michelle and Cooper!

Brent & Carly

On a beautiful day in August, Brent and Carly tied the knot on a vineyard in Valparaiso, Indiana. They both wanted a celebration that was similar to parties they love to throw at their home and make everyone feel welcome. During the process of wedding planning they chose vendors that showed how unique and fun they are. Brent and Carly chose to go with a venue that allowed them to pick each individual vendor to their liking and it was nothing short of amazing. From the wood-fired pizza, photo op station, to the DJ, the wedding was exactly what they wanted. The two got engaged right before Covid and had to push back their wedding twice, but that just gave them more time to put thought into every detail to create one of the best weddings one can only dream of.

Kayla & Thomas

Kayla and Thomas met four summers ago and decided this was the summer they would become Mr. and Mrs. They’ve traveled from Florida to Oregon to Washington to Tennessee and finally to Colorado throughout the years where Thomas got on one knee and asked Kayla to marry him. It was fitting they found a place that had an RV for a Grooms suite, a beautiful garden venue with silos, and some classic pieces to incorporate into their day. Every aspect of their wedding was unique and intentional giving guests an experience they’ll remember. The couple chose to get at the Tone as their guest book, light up foam sticks to get the party started, and late night snacks that were for sure a crowd pleaser. The night ended with all of their closest friends and family members dancing away. Their best adventure is next to come! Congratulations Kayla and Thomas!

Best of Both Worlds

Many couples struggle with the thought of where their wedding should be and how to make it happen. While going through the options of what venue and what time of year my fiancé and I had envisioned, we kept running into places that didn’t feel like “us." With some long talks we chose to do a destination wedding that was small and intimate, but we still wanted to celebrate with friends and family back home. We chose to wed on a beach in Oahu, with the ocean as a backdrop. The planning process was simplified due to the venue having restrictions on what vendors to use, but allowed us to give input and explain exactly what we wanted. Our next choice was how to create a celebration back home, but not break the bank doing so. This is where we decided a brunch at a local restaurant that does medium sized events would be perfect. This venue allowed us to create a reception bringing some of the details from our destination to Indiana. Creating two weddings isn’t ideal for most but, it allowed us to celebrate our love the best way we knew how.
